    If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from us, it’s simple—here are the conditions that apply to returns.

     

    General conditions

     

    The returned item must be new and unworn. Items that are damaged, used, or modified may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

     

    When applicable, packaging materials must be included with the return (authentication cards, diamond certificates, branded bags, etc.).

     

    The following items cannot be returned:

     

    • items purchased on sale
    • jewelry engraved upon request
    • custom creations or special orders
    • items that have been resized at the customer’s request

     

    IMPORTANT: Nose, eyebrow, toe, and navel jewelry are final sale. No refunds will be issued.

     

    Online purchases

     

    If you wish to make an exchange for an online order, please write to service@bijouterielaperlerare.ca. We will explain the procedure to follow.

     

    Please include the following information:

     

    • the order number
    • the item(s) to be returned
    • the reason for the return

     

    Our team will send you a return label along with the instructions to follow within 1 to 3 business days.

     

    Return conditions — online purchases

     

    • The return must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.

    • Unidentified or incorrectly identified returns may be returned to the sender.

    • If the merchandise is damaged during transport due to insufficient packaging, the return may not be accepted.

    • Upon receipt of the package, the items will be inspected to confirm their eligibility for a refund.

     

    A refund will not be issued if the return conditions have not been respected, if the provided return label was not used, or if the package was lost, stolen, or damaged during transport.

     

    International orders

    No refunds or exchanges are possible for international orders, except in the case of a defect or a shipping error.

    In-store purchases

    For purchases made in store, you may visit one of our two locations within 14 days of purchase.

     

    In-store purchases may be eligible for:

     

    • a store credit equivalent to the amount paid
    • an exchange

     

    Please bring:

    • your invoice number
    • the item concerned
    • the card used for the transaction (if possible)
     

    Please note that purchases made in store must be returned in store.
