    La Perle Rare jewellery store offers worldwide delivery. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Pickup in Store is also available.

     

    Delivery Times and Shipping Areas

     

    In Quebec, delivery generally takes 1 to 2 business days.
    For the rest of Canada, delivery times vary depending on the destination.

    Delivery times may be longer during high-demand periods (Black Friday, Holiday season, etc.) or due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions, strikes, or other exceptional situations.

     

    Please also allow additional time if a piece requires:

    • resizing

    • engraving

    • a specific modification

    • a special order

    In such cases, our team will inform you of the estimated delivery timeframe prior to shipment.

     

    Shipping Fees and Free Delivery

     

    Shipping is free on orders of $150 or more before taxes shipped within Quebec.

    For orders under $150 before taxes:

    • Quebec: $25

    • Rest of Canada: $35

    Reduced shipping fees apply within Canada for orders of $150 or more before taxes.

    International Shipping

     

    We offer international shipping. Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country.

    Our team will contact you by email to confirm the costs prior to shipment. Fees must be paid before the order is shipped.

    Customs duties and local taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are not covered by Bijouterie La Perle Rare.

    Confirmation and Tracking

     

    After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation and a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey.

    Carriers and Delivery

     

    We ship our orders with GLS (Dicom), Purolator, or FedEx.
    We do not use Canada Post in order to ensure fast and secure service.

     

    A signature is required upon delivery for all packages.
    If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will provide instructions on how to retrieve your package or will attempt delivery again on the next business day.

     

    In-Store Pickup

     

    You may select the “in-store pickup” option at checkout and choose your preferred location.
